The Palmetto Partisan Rangers has purchased a $1,000,000 liability policy for all members whenever they attend any club events including reenactments, practices, meetings, living histories and memorial services. You name it, if it has to do with reenacting and you are representing the Palmetto Partisan Rangers, our policy will be in effect.
We have our insurance with Yates Insurance, Inc. They are an A rated carrier with over 60 years of experience. This policy follows the Palmetto Partisan Rangers anywhere we go in the united States, its territories and possessions. Heck, it will even cover us in the Confederate States of America!
Folks this is a great policy with no member to member exclusions and there are no other membership requirements. Our policy even has a $5,000 medical expense coverage, with bodily and personal injury liability coverage. It also has property damage and advertising liability coverage. Please bear in mind that all claims are reviewed by a claims adjuster on a case by case basis.
